Stainless Butcher Knife “Inossida”
Meet "Inossida", our first Stainless Butcher Knife. At KitchenSteel, we make our knives by hand from carbon steel, but the "Inossida" butcher knife is an exception. We forged it from stainless steel. Such steel is less susceptible to any processing, but it has one huge plus. It does not rust :)
Stainless does not mean that the knife does not need care, but it will take much less. You will still need to keep the blade sharp, store it properly, and use the oil to make it look amazing. However, you don't have to worry about moisture and rust anymore.
But that's not all! "Inossida" has a super ergonomic and very cool shape, so you can cut any carcass in your kitchen with minimal effort. The high curved blade and comfortable grip allowing you to use the “Inossida” as a utility knife. With it, you can quickly separate fillets from fish, cut off large chunks of meat with one flick of your hand, or chop vegetables for the salad.
