This knife is manually forged by our blacksmiths, from manganese carbon steel, using traditional technologies, like a hundred years ago. The knife blank is heated in the oven, individually forged with a hammer, and then quenched in oil. After, the blade is sharpened manually by experienced craftsmen on a grindstone. Thanks to this, the knives get a unique rough shape and black color, as well as unprecedented strength and sharpness.
